Sneha-Prasanna's separation - posters create a flutter

The posters across the city about Sneha and Prasanna heading towards the splitsville had created a flutter. The couple married just two months ago and the posters were shocking to many of their fans. However, enquiries revealed that posters were created by a mobile company.

With the inauspicious Aadi Maasan nearing, it is time for the newly-weds to stay separated for a month. This mobile advertisement suggested the young couples can keep in touch throughout even during the Aadi Maasam. Well, finally it turned out that it was for an ad!

Sneha supports UNICEF's Women for Change initiative!

Sneha, the newly-wed smile queen of Kollywood, has come out in support of UNICEF's initiative: Women for Change! Sneha is part of the TV promo where she shares screen space with veteran Bollywood actress Sharmila Tagore and TV actress Sakshi Tanwar. It will be good to see our K-town beauty Sneha in promos airing across the country, supporting a worthy cause. Go Sneha!

The celebrity couple's wedding was attended by the top listers in the industry including Surya, Jyothika, Sivakumar, K.S. Sneha and Prasanna to say 'I Do'!

After the Surya-Jyothika Kollywood romance, here's a remake of sorts! Sneha and Prasanna will tie the knot on the 11th of next month. The duo have been dating for a while and made a formal announcement about their marriage before the media in Chennai today.

Unlike the Surya-Jyothika love story in real life; there's a twist here. Jyothika quit acting post marriage. But Sneha's Prince Charming made it clear to NDTV: "Its entirely her call whether to act or not. As far as I am concerned I would like to watch her acting; as a fan and a friend. I have given her complete freedom to decide."

Sneha and Prasanna had acted as a married couple in the film Achamundu Achamundu, directed by an NRI filmmaker and shot in the US.

When Sneha came from Dubai a few years ago to don the grease paint in Chennai's tinsel town, film critics had predicted that she would emerge as a prominent star cut out for quality roles. And the dusky actor proved her mettle as he was cast opposite every top star from Kamal Haasan in Vasool Raja - a remake of Munna Bhai MBBS to Rajinikanth, Vikram, Surya, Ajith and Vijay. One of her films Pallikoodam was screened at the Cannes Film festival a few years ago.

Prasanna is an engineering graduate from Trichy. As an actor, he has been choosy about his roles. Quite like Madhavan, he too has cultivated a chocolate boy image. But as he will soon cease to be a bachelor boy, one can almost sense a trail of broken hearts among his female fans in the South!

Sneha Prasanna's tryst with Vijay and Ajith

Prasanna and Sneha have become the 'it' couple in the South and their wedding is creating all the hype of a big release. The actor met Vijay and Ajith recently and about the meeting he said, "Met both the all time super stars Thala and Thalabathy... both were kind and sweet in their own way! Of course invited them for the wedding". Both stars accepted the invitation graciously and it is expected they will be there especially since Sneha has worked with both of them.

It is going to be the wedding of our times as the biggest names in the industry will be there. The Sangeeth is scheduled to happen on May 8th at Hotel Green Park, Chennai. The theme will be inspired from Jodha Akhbar. The wedding itself is on May 11th.

Prasanna and Sneha do it to create awareness

The bride and groom have done a very noble deed to create awareness in the society. They were not just guests at the music show conducted by musician Benny Dayal for SAGA Trust but also donated their organs.

Prasanna and Sneha said that they donated the organs to create awareness in the society that their organs can help save a number of lives after their death. The couple added that people have been showering them with affection and love and they wanted to do something in return.

Celebrities donating their organs are surely to have an impact among the public and Prasanna and Sneha have just done that.

It is worth mentioning here that Kamal Haasan had also donated his organs sometime ago.
